Shipping Instructions

If you are unable to come to us, you can ship your window(s) directly to us. We will fix it and ship it back to you in a timely manner. The following shipping methods would be the safest way to ship your windows(s) to us:

UPS OR FED-EX: Box crate made with 2x4's and plywood using at least 1- 1/4 " screws. Make sure the window can not move around in the box. Use a lot of padding.

FREIGHT COMPANIES: If shipping several windows use a pallet with windows securely fastened with rope or tie down straps.
